At iBox Lab, we build scalable, real-world software products for the travel and hospitality industry. We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who leads with research and systems thinking, and brings exceptional UI craft to every screen.
What You Will Work On
Map user journeys, information architecture, and interaction flows for complex workflows
Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and polished high-fidelity UI designs
Research users through interviews, usability tests, and competitive analysis
Own and evolve a consistent design system and component library
Partner with PMs and engineers to ship well-crafted features
Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders
Nice to have: experience with OTA, flight, or hotel booking platforms
What We Expect
5+ years in UI/UX design with a portfolio of research-driven, complex product work (exceptional candidates may be considered regardless of tenure)
Strong command of UX methodologies — user research, usability testing, journey mapping, personas, and IA
High proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems
Sharp visual design sensibility across typography, spacing, color, and layout
Experience with data-dense, workflow-heavy platforms (travel, hospitality, SaaS, or enterprise a plus)
Familiarity with HTML/CSS to design within technical constraints
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and feasibility
Soft Skills That Matter
Communicates design decisions clearly in English, both written and spoken
Confident leading design discussions and presenting to stakeholders
Receptive to feedback and iterates quickly without losing sight of the bigger picture
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
